About Me

Hello and welcome, my name is Kathryn. It is my belief that we all have the innate ability to live rich and fulfilling lives, but sometimes we lose our way. You might be feeling stuck and unhappy with a long-standing issue, a life-changing event may have left you feeling at sea, or you may simply need someone to talk to — that is what I am here for.

I offer a safe and non-judgemental space in which to explore, come to a greater awareness of yourself, and invite the possibility of something different. My practice is Neuroaffirming, many of my clients are autistic, have ADHD, or are AuDHD, and I strive to create a comfortable and inclusive environment for all.

I am a fully qualified and BACP registered psychotherapist offering both short and long term therapy, face to face or online. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy from the renowned Metanoia Institute in London, and have undertaken additional post-qualification training in neurodiversity. I have worked for many years with various clients in different settings — at MCPS in Ealing, Hemel Psychotherapy Practice in Hemel Hempstead, and now in private practice from peaceful and welcoming therapy spaces in both Beaconsfield and Great Missenden, as well as online. I hold full professional insurance and am a fully qualified and registered member of the BACP. I abide by the rules and ethics of the BACP, and regularly engage in CPD (continuous professional development).

In addition to the above I also hold an LLB in Law from Durham University, awarded in 2009.
