About Me
Hello and welcome, my name is Kathryn. It is my belief that we all have the innate ability to live rich and fulfilling lives, but sometimes we may lose our way. Whether you are feeling stuck and unhappy, a life-changing event has left you feeling at sea, or you simply need someone to talk to, I offer a safe, inclusive and non-judgemental space in which to explore, come to a greater awareness of yourself, and invite the possibility of something different.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Gestalt psychotherapy from the renowned Metanoia Institute in Ealing. I have worked with many clients in various different settings - at MCPS in Ealing, Hemel Psychotherapy Practice in Hemel Hempstead, and now in private practice from a peaceful and secluded therapy space in Beaconsfield. I hold full professional insurance and am a member of the BACP. I abide by the rules and ethics of both the BACP and the Metanoia Institute, and regularly engage in CPD (continuous professional development).
