Psychotherapy and counselling online and in Buckinghamshire.
Welcome

Seeking therapy can feel like a daunting task, and if you are reading this, you have taken the important first step - welcome!

It is my belief that we all have the innate ability to live rich and fulfilling lives, but sometimes we lose our way. You might be feeling stuck and unhappy with a long-standing issue, a life-changing event may have left you feeling at sea, or you may simply need someone to talk to — that is what I am here for. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space in which to explore, come to a greater awareness of yourself, and invite the possibility of something different.

My Approach

My therapeutic style is warm and relational, taking the whole person into account and inviting change through developing awareness of your self in its entirety. Whilst I have developed an integrative therapeutic practice, tailored to each client, my core training is in Gestalt therapy. Gestalt is a humanistic talking therapy, and loosely translates as 'whole' — thoughts, feelings, beliefs, ways of being with others, bodily sensations, how you are in the world — these are all things that may emerge during our work and that we can explore together.

I have gained particular experience in working with neurodiversity and my practice is Neuroaffirming.

The purpose of psychotherapy is to help people rediscover their vitality, the fullness of their existence.
